How do I order?

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

No, we currently only ship to physical addresses within the UK


Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services team are available to answer your questions, just give us a call.

What about delivery?

If you are within our local area we will arrange a suitable delivery day with you directly and come and see you in person. If you are not local to us, or if we don’t have a van in the area on the day you want your food, then DHL will bring your food which is packed in a temperature controlled box with dry ice to keep the food frozen. You do not need to wait in at home for this service. Your food will remain frozen in the packaging for around 8 to 12 hours from delivery time.

What if there’s a problem with my delivery?
