Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
No, we currently only ship to physical addresses within the UK
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services team are available to answer your questions, just give us a call.
What about delivery?
If you are within our local area we will arrange a suitable delivery day with you directly and come and see you in person. If you are not local to us, or if we don’t have a van in the area on the day you want your food, then DHL will bring your food which is packed in a temperature controlled box with dry ice to keep the food frozen. You do not need to wait in at home for this service. Your food will remain frozen in the packaging for around 8 to 12 hours from delivery time.
Where do you deliver?
We operate our mobile shop service throughout Hampshire, parts of West Sussex and parts of Wiltshire. This means that if you live in these areas you can arrange for us to visit you and browse on the day rather than pre order if you prefer. We operate this service in the Hampshire area including WInchester, Stockbridge, Basingstoke, Andover, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hedge End, Southampton, Totton Alton, Romsey, the New Forest including Lymington, Brockenhurst and Lyndhurst. Petersfield, Fareham, Porstmouth, Southsea, Hayling Island, The Witterings, Rowlands Castle, Denmead, Waterlooville, Clanfield and Emsworth. Our service in Wiltshire covers the Salisbury area including Downton, and Wilton. In West Sussex we serve Chichester and the surrounding area going as far as Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. All other areas of the UK are served via courier service.
