Refund Policy

Frozen food/perishable items
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a food item purchased within its Best Before date (where applicable), we are happy to give you a full refund. To qualify you must email us within 7 days and where applicable provide a photograph of the item clearly showing the defect. We will offer you a replacement if available or a full refund.

Non-perishable items
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a one of our ambient temperature products within its Best Before date (where applicable), we are happy to give you a full refund if returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email us in the first instance and we will tell you how to return your item/s
